Will Raj Shamani read this ?

" You know, I was having my lunch when I saw a message with your Instagram profile linked to it. It said you are looking for someone easy to talk to and caring person. 

Oh sorry, It wasn't your message. She sent the message at the same time :) 

So, you are looking for someone to write creative copies for your LinkedIn posts and Twitter threads. Or to be precise, you are looking for a junior copywriter.


So, I ignored that message and continued chatting with her till I finished my lunch. After an hour, I realized I am yet to realize what's more important to me. So, I opened up my mail and started writing this for you.


The mail has a text written in bold that said: "Write three reasons why he should hire you".

To be honest, I think three reasons are either too much or too little to judge someone. But still, I want to be hired so I think I have to write about that. 


But before telling my qualities, I need to find one for myself. 

  1. Am I creative? 
  2. Am I good at content writing? 
  3. Am I able to speak myself out to a large audience? 
  4. Am I crazy enough to work with you guys having Raj Shamani with you?
  5. Am I having the skills you guys need? 
  6. And am I the one, who can create content that connects people and made them engage with it? Or Can I write content that inspires people to work on skills? 


With these questions in mind, let me brief you about myself. 

Hi, this is Shresth. I do freelance content and copywriting work. I call myself TheSSpie(The-SS-Pie). Will tell you more about that on a call soon. Its been more than a year since I started working professionally and I feel proud of myself to come this far from where I was last year. 


I can create content with a pinch of humor in it that will make you fall in love with reading my content.

Adding informative spices with some chilly facts and taste-wise humor makes the best content that you can ever taste on any social media platform.  

People start doubting my work when I say my portfolio is still in the building process but there are some who realize the importance of skills from mail itself.

I ruined an opportunity myself!

I ruined a fantastic opportunity myself. Two days back, I got a chance to interview with a US-based AI company for their content and copywriting work. I filled out the form, and a DM dropped in my LinkedIn to fix a date for an interview. The first round went well, but where the problem happens? After the first interview round, she asked me to send my resume and portfolio along with an assignment. And yes, even if I have worked with multiple clients from India and abroad, the assignment I sent to her was not at par. I knew it, but I still sent it because I had already delayed it to 28 hours. The moment I sent the mail, she immediately opened the doc. I was still making some edits on it. (first mistake) Second, she had shared the doc with other company members too, and they saw the work that I didn't like much. I knew I had wasted this.
